The old back is tensing up. I have to stretch it out before I go to bed or I will wake up hunched over. The bummer of getting old. The injuries pile up. It was a long day. I felt good about the progress I made today. I was happy to come home to a nice dinner made by the wife. I like it when she takes care of me. She watched a episode of a tv show while I eat and drew this heart. Don’t forget to draw a heart and think about being more loving.
