After reading many articles on fixing my upload problems. Talking to hosting company for a couple of hours. Disabling all my plugins. Nothing seemed to work. Than I thought could it be the file? Every other filed has loaded on to the site with no problem. So I am very excited to have solved the problem. Tired but happy. Remember its not how you draw the heart its how much love you fill it with.
